Legal & General Modular Homes announces that it has opened its brand new modular show homes to the public at its Portholme project in Selby. The houses are located on Portholme Road in the heart of Selby City. A short walk to historic Selby Abbey and shops, supermarkets, traditional pubs and a lively selection of independent cafes and bars. Portholme is at the centre of life in Selby and only a 10-minute walk from the train station, with long-distance trains to Leeds, York and direct links to London. Selby is the first project where Legal & General Modular Homes will provide a complete development proposal, from land purchase to product development and obtaining planning approval and delivery. With a standardized manufacturing approach, quality, efficiency and productivity are increased and costs are reduced.
