Sundeep Hora is an experienced litigator and a persevering lawyer for his clients. He has exceptional strategic judgment that he applies to all aspects of his practice. Sundeep represents individuals and companies in federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the D.C. Human Rights Office.

He has extensive experience in handling complex civil litigation, including contract disputes, tort (i.e. defamation, fraud, economic influence), workplace discrimination, reprisal, and wage and scheduling issues. Prior to Alderman, Devorsetz & Hora, Sundeep was a litigation partner at Arnold & Porter, LLP, where he worked on pharmaceutical liability cases and various pro bono matters. His volunteer work included representing clients in Pigford v. USDA, a landmark civil rights lawsuit resulting from the government`s discriminatory rejection of USDA loan programs to African-American farmers. Sundeep also worked for U.S. District Court Judge Marvin J. Garbis. Sundeep is active in his community and in the local bar association. He is a member of the DC Board on Professional Responsibility, a nine-member body appointed by the U.S.

Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia that adjudicates attorneys` misconduct cases and is responsible for administering the disciplinary system of D.C. attorneys. For four years, he served as a complaints examiner for the District of Columbia Police Complaints Office, where he adjudicated citizen complaints about police misconduct.
